As the first pizza restaurant in Naples to become Blue Zones Project certified, we provide the options necessary to support our guests’ diverse health journeys. This includes:
Gluten-free, cauliflower, and multigrain crusts.
Vegan pizzas made with our dairy-free cheese and plant-based sausage.
Lower-fat gelato and fat-free sorbet.
Making our dough fresh twice daily, using extra virgin olive oil and flour imported from Italy.
Using only the finest cheeses and premium gourmet ingredients.
All dishes are made from scratch and to order.

Brick fired is our style of cooking. Reaching temperatures of up to 1000°F, our brick fired oven is used to prepare our pizzas, flatbread sandwiches, BRK STX, and homemade croutons for our salads.
